Gotta love my cherries!


Microwave Cherry Crisp


1 can cherry pie filling (21 ounces)
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2/3 cup quick-cooking oats
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup butter or margarine
Vanilla ice cream, optional


Spoon pie filling into a greased 9" pie plate. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, oats and flour.

Cut in butter with fork or pastry blender until crumbly.

Sprinkle mixture over filling.

Microwave on high for 12-14 minutes; remove.

Top with ice cream.
