What can you do with colored popcorn?

What can you do with colored popcorn? Put it in a curvy glass jar that's what!

If you can't find colored popcorn, twist off the kernels from indian corn. I like to sprinkle cinnamon oil on it them to give my home a pleasant scent. Insert a candle and enjoy the ambiance.

Another so simple project you can do!

Hi Kim, This is such a pretty yet practical idea! You could probably still pop the corn once you're done using it as filler (perhaps use it to make a popcorn garland for the holiday tree...??). I have a bag of blue popcorn that I've been wondering what to do with. It never popped well (less than half the kernels) yet, being frugal ;), I was reluctant to throw it out. Now you've given me a wonderful use for it!! So clever.
Thank you.
Warmly,
Tracey

Thank you so much for your comment on my blog... I see that you are a woman of God too, I hope you did scroll down far enough to look at my Song of Solomon Painting- portraits. If not come by because I am thinking of doing a give away.

I am new to blogging and haven't completely figured out all this link stuff. I decided to follow you and put you on my blog list.
I like popcorn better in a bowl cause it tends to stick to my hips.
Truck loads of blessings!

That is gorgeous! :) I love to hear new ideas of what to put in around candles. Hadn't thought of this one. Simple and pretty. Thanks!

Oh, and thanks for your *very* kind words about our kitchen. We're getting there. Still a ways to go. Go on, take the doors off those cabinets and grab a can of primer. I'll talk you through it if you'd like :) Why scowl at those cabinets even one more day???

Great blog!
